Refund policy

We want you to be safe and satisfied customers.

If you wish to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@lowtechllc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refund Terms:
• Product must not be physically damaged or discolored
• Customer will pay shipping charges
• 20% restocking fee applies
